Identity and contact
This website is operated by DYSCO EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION, S.A. DE C.V., the parent company of DYSCO University, at Tamaulipas 407, Colonia Petrolera, postal code 96500, Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico. Service domain: dysco.edu.mx. Corporate website: dyscoep.com. Enquiries, clarifications and requests: hola@dysco.edu.mx.
Scope and acceptance
Browsing is subject to these website rules. Buying a course requires confirmation of the program, group, availability, price and specific conditions disclosed before payment. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not by itself create enrollment, a credit agreement or authorization for charges. Accepted service-specific conditions and mandatory consumer rights prevail over any incompatible provision here.
Training information and availability
The catalog and calendar show published offerings and may be updated. Before purchasing, confirm duration, dates, delivery format, location, teaching language, syllabus, practical activities, materials, requirements and completion document. The English website is informational and does not imply English-language teaching. Employment, professional licensing, official recognition or third-party certification are not guaranteed unless expressly stated and verifiable for the specific program.
Enrollment and accurate information
Provide accurate, current information for identification and correct document issuance. Enrollment is subject to group confirmation and the communicated conditions. If acting for another person, you must have appropriate authority; minors require involvement of their legal representative where applicable. Keep account credentials secure and report unauthorized use.
Prices, promotions and payments
The amount, currency, included items, applicable taxes, payment schedule and promotion validity must be shown or confirmed before purchase. Promotions follow their published conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Keep your receipt; an attempted-payment screen is not confirmation of a completed transaction. For discrepancies, charges or billing, email hola@dysco.edu.mx with the reference, without sharing passwords or full card details.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Request group changes, withdrawal or cancellation at hola@dysco.edu.mx, identifying the course and payment. Requests are handled under the specific conditions disclosed before purchase and applicable rights. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or remove refunds required by law. If DYSCO cancels or substantially changes a purchased service, it must communicate the alternatives and, where applicable, the relevant refund; acceptance of a change will not be presumed.
Participation and completion documents
Attendance, assessment, safety, protective equipment and facility rules will be specified for each program. Students must follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions. Certificates or diplomas depend on the communicated requirements; payment alone does not establish competency. Measures addressing non-compliance must be proportionate and do not by themselves remove student rights.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may browse and use available channels for lawful purposes. Impersonation, unauthorized access, system interference, personal-data extraction and commercial reproduction of content without permission are prohibited. Brands, materials, text and images belong to their respective owners; viewing does not transfer rights. Legally permitted uses and separately licensed materials remain available under their applicable terms.
External services and technical availability
Payment, WhatsApp, map, social media and external verification links lead to services with their own terms. Maintenance or interruptions may occur; if they affect a purchased service, contact hola@dysco.edu.mx for assistance. This clause does not exclude liabilities legally attributable to DYSCO or limit mandatory rights.
Privacy
Data handling and analytics preferences are described in the Privacy notice. Acceptance of service terms does not replace any specific consent required for other processing.
Applicable law, enquiries and updates
Mexican law applies, preserving access to competent authorities and protection mechanisms, including PROFECO where applicable. You may first request clarification at hola@dysco.edu.mx. Changes will be published here with their date and will not retroactively change purchased terms without a valid legal basis or agreement. Spanish and English versions should have the same meaning without reducing legally recognized rights.
